Beauty Treatments
Facials
One of the most popular skincare treatments is a manual facial treatment. Involving the use of cleansing, toning, exfoliating and moisturising preparations; face, neck and shoulder massage followed by a facial mask. A regular facial will keep you looking and feeling your absolute best. It will help you maintain healthy, glowing skin, promote a feeling of well being and help you unwind. Facials cleanse, re-hydrate and rejuvenate the skin, they help to minimise skin blemishes, acne, dry skin and wrinkles, restoring moisture and toning the skin.
Eye Treatments
Well defined eyebrows emphasise the eyes, define their shape, and can provide the illusion of improved facial balance and proportion. Revive offers eyebrow shaping using wax and/or tweezers to re-shape or tidy eyebrows. Eyebrow tinting to enhance or change the colour of brows is also available.
Tinting of eyelashes make them appear darker and thicker and is a preferable alternative to mascara for many clients particularly those who wear glasses or contact lenses, are allergic to mascara or who participate regularly in sports. A patch test 24 - 48 hours prior to tinting is necessary.
Manicure
One of life's little essentials, a manicure is not just about making your hands and nails look pretty. Sometimes its all you need to de-stress after a really hectic day, and can leave you feeling relaxed, soothed and refreshed. The benefits include beautifully refined hands and nails, improved circulation, skin colour, texture and elasticity, improvement of skin conditions such as dry or hard skin. Nail problems such as hang nail, bitten, split or flaking nails can all be helped with regular manicures.
Pedicure
We all know that our feet look good after a pedicure, but its not all about how they look. A pedicure helps to maintain the health of your feet leaving them feeling smooth, fresh and revived with the added bonus of pretty toes! The benefits include beautifully refined feet and nails, improved circulation, skin colour and texture, improvement of skin conditions such as dry hard skin and calluses, relief from aches and pains.
Waxing
Waxing is an excellent way to deal with most hair removal. Waxing leaves the area smoother than shaving because it removes the hair from the root, so say goodbye to razor burn, rashes, nicks and stubble and throw away those smelly depilatory creams. This is the easiest and most convenient way to remove both large and small areas of unwanted hair. With regular treatments hair can grow back finer and softer than before.
The system I use for waxing is PhD Safewax. PhD stands for professional, hygienic and disposable! It is the first and still the best tube and applicator waxing system. Every client has a brand new waxing head which is thrown away after use which means superior hygiene at all times. There are different sized heads for different areas of the body, this systems ensures that the risk of cross contamination between clients is eliminated.
